This is the first gallery picture of Mars' 2005 opposition. Seeing 6/10, transparency 8/10, could see down to MAG5. web cam, IR filter, best 70% of the frames used. Wavelett in registax 3 about CH1 = 0 CH2 = 0 CH3 = 0 CH4 = 12 CH5 = 45 CH6 = 60. Export into Photoshop, saturation upped a little then despeckled. Lastly did a magic wand on the right side and a Gussian blur to get rid of the shadow on the right of the planet.
