The Tulip Nebula Sh2-101 and Cygnus X1 X-ray source 
Sh2-101 is a bright emission nebula in the constellation of Cygnus, also just on screen is Cygnus X1. This is a Supergiant star orbiting a black hole at a distance of about 0.2 AU, material falling into the black hole from it's companion generates prodigious quantities of X-rays.
